Weekly Planner - Plan Your Whole Week on One Page
Build a live 7-day schedule with your own time slots, then print it or export a CSV. Free, saved in your browser, and it never leaves your device.
How does saving work? (free, private, no account)
- Free, no account, no subscription. Saving your plans costs nothing and needs no sign-in.
- Saved in this browser only. Your plans are stored on this device and never uploaded to a server, so they stay private, but they do not sync to your other devices or browsers.
- Clearing browser data removes them. Private / incognito windows do not keep saved plans. On a shared computer, anyone using this browser can see them, so use New or Delete when you are done, or export the file and delete it.
- Nothing here is behind a paywall. If cross-device sync is ever added, it would be a separate optional account feature; local saving stays free.

A free weekly planner you actually own
This weekly planner turns a blank week into a clear, printable schedule. Set the starting date, choose hourly slots or simple morning, afternoon, and evening blocks, and type straight into the grid. Everything updates live and is saved in your browser, so your plan is waiting for you when you come back.
The best weekly plans are realistic. Block your fixed commitments first, such as work hours, classes, and standing meetings, then fit flexible tasks into the gaps that are left. Leaving a few cells empty on purpose is not wasted space; it is the buffer that keeps the plan alive when something unexpected lands mid-week.
When you are done, print a clean one-page copy for the wall or the fridge, or use Save as PDF from the print dialog to keep a digital version. Prefer a spreadsheet? Export a CSV and you get one row per filled-in cell, with Day, Time, and Entry columns that open directly in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.
Because the planner runs entirely in your browser, nothing is uploaded to a server and there is no account to create. It is a private, no-cost way to plan a study timetable, a family schedule, a work week, or a content calendar, without handing your plans to yet another app.
How the Weekly Planner Works
- 01Pick the week's starting date and choose a time layout: hourly slots or simple morning, afternoon, and evening blocks.
- 02Type straight into any cell in the 7-day grid to add tasks, appointments, or reminders.
- 03The grid updates live and is saved in your browser, so your plan is still there when you come back.
- 04Print a clean one-page schedule with your browser, or export every entry as a CSV to open in Excel or Google Sheets.
Building a week that actually works
A good weekly plan is realistic, not aspirational. Block your fixed commitments first (work hours, school runs, standing meetings), then slot flexible tasks into the gaps that are left. Leave some cells empty on purpose: an over-full grid is the fastest way to abandon a plan by Tuesday. If you use the morning, afternoon, and evening layout you avoid pretending you know exactly when something happens, which suits students and shift workers better than a strict hourly grid.
When to Use a Weekly Planner
Reach for it at the start of the week to map out study sessions, work tasks, workouts, chores, or a family schedule that everyone can see on the fridge. It is also useful for planning a project week, a content calendar, a revision timetable, or a rota. Because everything stays in your browser, it is a private place to plan without signing up for yet another app.
Common Use Cases
- Map out a study or revision timetable for the week Habit Tracker - Build Daily Streaks
- Plan a family or household schedule everyone can see
- Lay out work blocks, meetings, and deep-focus time Meeting Planner - Time Zone Overlap Finder
Tips
- Block your fixed commitments first, then fit flexible tasks into the gaps that remain.
- Leave a few cells empty on purpose so an unexpected task does not blow up the whole week.
- Use the morning, afternoon, and evening layout when exact times are unknown, like for shifts or study.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Yes. You can use hourly slots between a start and end hour you set (for example 8:00 to 20:00), or switch to simple morning, afternoon, and evening blocks. The grid rebuilds instantly when you change the layout and keeps whatever you have already typed where the slots still line up.
- Yes, as long as you are not in a private or incognito window. The planner saves to your own browser, so reopening the page brings your last plan back. Nothing is uploaded to a server, and clearing your browser data will remove it.
- Use the Print button, which opens your browser's print dialog with a clean, form-free version of just the grid. From there you can send it to a printer or choose Save as PDF to keep a digital copy or share it.
- Yes. Export as CSV and you get one row per filled-in cell with Day, Time, and Entry columns. That file opens directly in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets, where you can sort, filter, or reformat it however you like.
- The week starts on whatever date you pick, and the seven day columns are labelled from that date forward. So you can run a Monday-to-Sunday week, a Sunday-to-Saturday week, or any seven-day stretch that matches your schedule.
