Buying for a business? Add your company name and VAT number at checkout and they appear on every invoice. For businesses elsewhere in the EU we apply the reverse charge, so your invoice shows no VAT. The price stays €19 either way.
One balance for everything.
Both plans include the REST API, the MCP server, the AI tools and the render tools. You do not pick one: you get a monthly balance of credits and spend it on whatever you use that month, in any combination. The actions cost different amounts because they cost us different amounts to run.
The monthly allowance resets on the first of the month and does not roll over. Credits you buy are separate: they never expire, and they are only spent once the monthly allowance is gone. Your remaining balance comes back on every API response and every MCP tool result, and we warn you before it runs out, so an agent working overnight is never surprised. When it does run out the meter refuses the call and says so, rather than charging you for more.

No packs to choose between. Pick any amount from 100 credits (€1.00) upwards and pay once. A free account is enough: there is no subscription to take out first and nothing renews afterwards. Credits never expire and are only spent after your monthly allowance, so buying early costs you nothing.

The whole order is priced at the rate its quantity reaches, not in steps, so 1,000 credits cost €5.00 in total. It also means a larger order can cost less than a smaller one. When that happens we say so and offer you the cheaper amount.

Workflows come with an account.
A workflow chains up to 12 of these capabilities into one job and runs them in order, where each step can use what an earlier one produced. You build it once and then run it from the browser, over the REST API, or from an MCP client. There is no separate workflow plan and no per workflow fee: a run simply spends the credits its steps cost, exactly as calling those tools one by one would.
Building and editing them is free, including the test run form that shows every step’s output before you save. The only paid extra is the advisor, which reads the whole catalogue and writes a workflow from a sentence you type: that costs 10 credits per proposal, the price of one AI generation. Free is enough to build one and run it.

Which parts of ToolForte are metered?
Only the parts that run on our servers. The 360 browser-based tools compute on your own device, so there is nothing for us to meter and no limit to apply. Credits only come into it when you use the REST API, the MCP server, the AI tools or the render tools, because those run on our servers.
What is a credit?
One unit of work on our servers. An API call or an MCP tool call costs 1 credit, an AI generation 10, and a render 25 because it boots a headless browser. Agent memory costs 0. You spend one balance on any mix of them, so you never have to predict in advance how much of each you will need.
Can I buy credits without subscribing?
Yes. A free account is enough. There is no plan to subscribe to first and nothing renews afterwards: you pick an amount from 100 credits upwards, pay once, and the credits are yours. Subscribers can buy them too, as a top up on a busy month.
What happens when I run out of credits?
The meter refuses the call and tells you why. The REST API returns HTTP 429 with your limit, what is left and the reset date in the headers, and an MCP tool result says the same in plain words. Nothing is charged automatically and no work is done that you did not pay for, so an agent running overnight fails loudly instead of quietly running up a bill.
Do unused monthly credits roll over?
No. The monthly allowance resets on the first of the month, so 7,500 credits on ToolForte Pro means 7,500 credits every month, not a growing pile. Credits you buy are different: they never expire, and they are only spent once the monthly allowance is gone.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Yearly costs €190, which is 10 times the €19 monthly price. You pay for 10 months and get 12, so 2 months are free. The plan itself is identical either way.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no contracts. Cancel whenever you like and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Credits you bought separately stay on your account after that.
